Dui infraction pre trial what to expect? california?

long story short i barrowed my older brothers new bmw m6 he has a performace exhaust its not even loud its more cly then it is loud i got pulled over by the chp 3 a.m. saturday morning i didnt know why i was getting pulled over but i immidiately pulled over the officer walks up to the car ask for liscense and registration and the other officer is drooling over the car looking at it more then anything the officer was very polite he told me he pulled me over for modified exhaust and asked how does my brother afford this car yada yada yada i think he pulled me over because im mexcian 20 years old with a 19 year old blonde in the peger wee hours of the morning and expensive car he politely asked me where are you coming from me being 100% honest i told him my girlfriends brothers birthday party and like a bomb he popped he started yelling and screaming telling me i smelled like alcohol i had not drinking any beverage in like 3 hours i told him are you sure he snapped pulled me out of the car gave me one FST with his pen i ped just fine he then tells me i will make sure you get a dui your under 21 let me grab my breathlyzer he pulls it out then he covers the exhaust port as he tries to stick it in my mouth i laughed and said wheres your thumb is it where its supposed to be or are you always just dis honest he handcuffed me put me in the back of the cruiser booked me for a dui .08 or greater they drew blood at the jail I WAS A WHOPPING .02 the cop filled his report with lies saying i was swaying my eyes where red and i looked intoxicated lies lies lies lies i spent 35 hours in jail i just got the discovery like two weeks ago my lawyers has been pretty helpful i ended up being charged with a dui infraction .01 to .04 under 21 but the vehicle code they put is this one 23140 VC which is a .05 to .07 doesnt make sence what should i expect at the pre trial can i ask for a dry and wreckless plea?????
