How to get a lecturer fired/resigned?

Try and get a student of color to accuse him of being racially insensitive (if you're white, that is). That way, it could snowball into a complaint and he'd quit...but if he didn't, he'd blame the student of color, not you, and wouldn't hold it against you when it came time to grade your papers.
