I have a freaky stalker... HELP!?

so i kept getting these freaky secret admirer letters with sweet little lyrics. at first i was like, i guess thats kinda flattering, not thinking much of it. after 3 letters and a couple months ped the person finally told me who they were in the last letter. i barely even know this dude and he was like, professing his love for me. it was really strange. then one day he pulled me aside and i kinda lied and told him im not alowd to be in relationships, because i hate hurting peoples feelings. then he was like, well i want to be your best friend. he doesnt understand that i dont want to be around him at all cause he gives me the creeps! and now he is always following me, everywhere. but he never says anything to me, he will stay about 10 ft away from me, but still follows me everywhere. i could be talking to my friend in private, and then round the corner and he wuold be standing right there.
