How the hell did you get a level 22 Dragonite? Do they not evolve at like level 50? Anyway, the team looks great, but get a Snorlax. He can learn lots of great moves, is extremely strong attack-wise and HP-wise, and is a clic! He can learn probably just what you need to take out flying types. I guess the earthquake thing could be a slight problem, but just get his level really high and you should be okay. Snorlax is my suggestion to you.
