Rate this yugioh Deck?

sorry ... no ... you have no theme around you deck ... plus you have too many cards and there is a limit to how many cards you can put in a deck. there can only be up to 3 of certain cards ... 2 for semi limited cards ... 1 for limited ... and 0 for banned cards if you plan on going to tournaments . you seem to have a bunch of random cards ... from what you have you can probably make a dragon deck ? idk ... not much to go on from this
