Should i get penalized?

the other day my italian teacher gave out grades for the marking period. when she told me mine i thought it was a bit lower then i expected, it was a 95. i thought it was supposed 2 be higher and she told me that she didnt count 1 h/w because someone in my cl copied it. in my cl when the teacher collects h/w we p it up in our row. when i ped mine up, 1 of the kids in front of me copied my h.w., i didnt p it up 4 him 2 copy it, i ped it up 2 hand it in. so each h.w. counts 2 pts for ur average. im supposed 2 have a 97, not a 95. i never miss a h.w. and my teacher nos tht. rite now on my transcipt i have a 89, im working on getting a 90 on it. and by my teacher doing this she is jepordizing my 90 on my transcipt. do u agree w/ me or my teacher 4 this grading policy? why should i be penalized for this? do i need 2 hire security 2 hand in h.w. 4 me 2 make sure no1 copies it???? i really want 2 say sumthin 2 my teacher, any ideas..?
