What should I wear with this skirt?

I am going to a party tommorrow night, an ihave this really pretty skirt. It is one of he's short ruffly ones, and it is silver with a black top. What shirt should I wer wih it? I was thinking a shugarlips, bt I dunno. THANKS!!
