Girls, why can't you keep your shoes on?

I've noticed that most girls cannot keep their shoes on when out in public. They are usually playing with their shoes, slipping them on and off, twirling them around or dangling it off their foot. Even comfortable shoes like tennis shoes I have seen girls playing with. Do you do this too? Why do you play with your shoes?
