Midway through Community College, Can I still use my SAT's ?

For transferring, no. Not unless you are going to apply to another school without trying to transfer credits. For transfer students, most colleges don't give much weight to your test scores, and your old scores that you used to apply for your current college will be listed on your transcript which you'll have to submit when you apply anyway.
