In regards to a Navy Rating, can someone please tell me the min. ASVAB req. for AWF (Air Crew Flight Engineer)?

My husband wants to cross rate to AWF (Formerly called FE) but I can't find anything besides "about.com" or some slide show that offers any clue to the ASVAB requirements. I am hoping a recruiter or Air Crew personnel reads this and can tell me! I just don't trust About.com since it was dated 2003 and the slide show had no date on it what so ever! I know how the navy is always changing! The rate itself has changed; used to be FE but then they "merged" all Air Crew ratings into 1....so confusing! but now i am rambling...thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
